"Best in class Test Observability feature that when given due attention can be a game changer"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Test Observability - Best in class easy to use and provides great value and we use it everyday

The Playwright Node and Java SDKs made implementation a breeze

Pre-Sales engagement

Great sales team and GTM teams that helped answer all technical questions and followed up on all pending issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Post Sales customer support and product support no where near the pre-sales engagement whic was very disappointing

Not enough documentation around their SDKs and how to use them

No idea when newer versions of Playwright are available to use and they lag a few weeks behind which is frustrating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Test Observability"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The implementation is quite easy and the communication with your other services is excellent.

The ability to see all projects in one place with their results that can be analyzed chronologically is great.

Running tests every day and storing them in your service which learns from our input and marks the failed tests itself cuts the time a lot.

Being able to see video of the execution changes things. Also, as I have repeated many times before, your support is one of the best in this industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

It's a bit buggy and sometimes slow. No notification to email addresses outside your eco system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Browserstack: My Cross Browser testing Ally"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

It lets me easily check my website on all sorts of phones and web browsers. Setting up tests is super easy too, and I use it a lot now. If I ever get stuck while testing, their support team is amazing. And guess what? It's really simple to add it to my code too, which I think is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The cost of using BrowserStack. Sure, it's worth it for all the cool stuff it does, but it's kinda expensive for just one person to pay for. It would be awesome if they had a cheaper option with fewer features for folks like us who are just trying to test our stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Get the Most Out of Your Testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Browserstack makes running your automation suites incredibly easy. They intergrate with multiple testing frameworks that are stunningly easy to set up. Besides they're amazing support they are also constantly adding new features that help with test enablement. This is the best option for routine testing wether you are using it for every pull request or even just regression testing. Also they allow for dual device weilding which GREATLY improves testing time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The only issues I've had to BrowserStack have to do with tech limitations. However, most of those were resolved by changing testing frameworks. This is one of the easiest products to use on a routine basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

My team uses BrowserStack several times a week, primarily relying on the "Live" and "App Live" features. We particularly appreciate the ease of use, catering to both IT and non-IT roles within our team. The extensive selection of devices, operating systems, and browsers is commendable. The local testing feature is really usefull for testing on our development and staging environments, enhancing our confidence in the code before deployment. Furthermore, our development team frequently relies on the devtools feature, finding it to be a valuable asset in our testing and debugging processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Can be a bit slow and lagggy sometimes. The access to devtools, while beneficial, experiences occasional crashes, notably on iOS. Improving the stability of this feature would enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Must-have for web developers!"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I've been using BrowserStack for several years to test pages I've built. What I like:

- A pretty huge selection of devices/browsers for testing

- Ability to quickly switch between devices

- Affordable pricing for freelancers

- Good support, I recently had a billing issue which they solved in minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I haven't ran into many issues myself. Occassionally it's been a little slow in the past, but it's usually ok. If you need more than the 100 minutes offered on the freelancer plan, it can be pricey for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy platform for browser testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

There is a large selection of different devices and browsers to choose from. It helps a lot with testing especially on iOS platforms if you have no iOS devices available, and the different OS versions help reproduce bugs that only occur on certain OS versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The browser devtools only work in Chrome, not Firefox and Safari; Firefox on Android 14 is currently not available. The device selections could perhaps be a bit better by allowing to sort by OS version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A huge step in making testing environment easy"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The best thing about browser stack is that I can test my website on various devices and browsers very easily. The implementation of tests are also very easy. Frequency to use has also increased to a lot of extent. The customer support for any of the issues while testing is also very awesome. I can also integrate it easily into my code which is one of the best thing I liked about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The thing which I don't like is the pricing of the service, the price is justifiable for the services it provides but it is difficult for an individual to afford it. A cheaper version with some less services would be better for individuals who are trying to test their products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A GREAT TOOL FOR HOSTED DEVICES, INCLUDING REDMI + XIAOMI DEVICES"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

It has more than just the Samsung + Pixel device suite Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

That I can't upgrade to new or Beta OSes on the device. Also need to enable settings and accessibiltiy updates that the device locks down, interrupting the testing flow. This is good for apps that don't require many accessibility settings but not good for much else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
