What do you like best about BrowserStack?

It's the perfect cross-browser testing tool for our startup, our internal QA team really like the extensive device, browser and OS coverage it provides to simulate the end user behaviour.

Browserstack is generally better than its peers due to its ease of use and wide array of features making it a handy utility a startup's QA team.

Customer service team is really very good, and they respond to the problems within 24hrs of raising the problems.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

High Cost compared to its competitors like LambdaTest and SauceLabs.

Something could be done about costing, probably let users select the range of devices and tailor the cost of the application accordingly

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

1. The test run did not display the test on the full page.

2. There is no auto-to-next test case in the test run.

3. Unable to customize the column of the test run page. (delete & add column)

4. There was no edit test case function in the test run.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

sometime the result which browserstack device is showing it's not 100% accurate, for example I tested 1 website which was not working in browserstack tablet mode but in real tablet it was working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack gives me confidence that my software will work on real devices, because unlike testing with other methods (e.g. cypress with a different-sized browser) I know that there won't be differences between a simulated device and the real thing. What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

- Using BrowserStack is harder, laggier and generally a worse experience than testing on real devices.

I majorly use the browser stack for my mobile automation and i like the quality and ease it provides in bringing value to the products that we build.
