What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The cons are pretty less when it comes to BrowserStack, although I have reported occasional performance issues and latency, especially during peak usage times.

Additionally, I have found the pricing plans to be relatively high for smaller teams or individual developers.

But one thing which I always feel a bit lacking is the Free Certification. I wish BrowserStack provides licensed users a Certificate to flaunt their experience and expertise on their socials, specially Linked-In. that adds weightage to theor CV as well as brings name and fame to BrowserStack. What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Browserstack helps me a lot when I need to test my webb apps on different devices, especially to match screen sizes and get console logs that I can't get from my browser's mobile simulator. I can even throw javascript commands to interact with the interface on a real mobile browser instead the simulador, which is great.

Other good aspect of BrowserStack is that it's very easy to use and implement, just 2 or 3 clicks and I can debug my web App. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

- local testing sometimes stop to work and I have to reboot my laptop to make it work

- mobile devices (specially Apple devices) go unresponsive and I need to reboot it in order to make it work

1. Umpteen real device and OS options to choose from.

A lot of time device inspector freezes midway and makes it hard to access DOM elements. Restart is the only option.

Being software tester we need the latest devices with different versions to test software but this makes it expensive to get all devices so here browserstack come very helpful and we can test any device we want and can select any browser or os version as well

The core of the platform is well thought off - it is expected that software runs flawlessly on multiple devices but it is super hard to verify as its not practical to have hardware for all devices in the market.
