What do you like best about BrowserStack?

As a quality assurance engineer who works remotely and coordinates in different regions of the world, Browserstack helps me reproduce customer issues as well as perform device coverage related to User Interface, multiple screen resolutions, different Operating System versions along with testing on multiple devices. What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes browserstack gets slow to use (sessions get stuck). You can only manage one session with one email address, at times the same account is needed to be used on multiple devices to collaborate and debug with developers. It would be great to have firebase integrations so that builds are uploaded automatically for both Android and iOS rather than manually uploading them. My request would be to improve the integration of test flight, during my use a lot of times devices were stuck with trying to download builds from test flight. What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sometimes it is not possible to buy so many devices and make them available for a large Quality Assurance Team worldwide. As a quality assurance engineer who works remotely and coordinates in different regions of the world, Browserstack helps me reproduce customer issues as well as perform device coverage related to User Interface, multiple screen resolutions, different Operating System versions along with testing on multiple devices. "BrowserStack makes dev so much simpler"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Being able to rapidly swap devices/resolutions/operating systems and browsers makes it so that you can quickly identify any problem breakpoints within your design and work on fixes.

We use it daily to identify any issues reported inhouse or by customers and also during our development process so that we can replicate issues and find fixes easily.

The few times I've had issues I've contacted customer support and they've been very apt on replying and giving me a resolution in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

"Amazing tool for integrating selenium tests"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I have been a BrowserStack user for a long time, and only just learned that they offer free accounts to independednt open-source projects. This is a huge benefit for me as I work on several side projects that are not profitable, but have a few hundred users, combined.

As a product, BrowserStack is great and very easy to use, with a ton of options for developers who want to make sure their sites are accessible to a variety of users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I can't really think of anything. I would have said that pricing is a bit too steep for small side projects, but since they offer free accounts for eligible open-source projects, this is no longer an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

There are many things that I liked about BroswerStack which includes wide documentation which will help you in resloving any issue that you might face, it is very easy to use. I am a fresher and the ease with which I integrated browserStack in my projects was remarkable.

The thing that i dislikes about BrowserStack is that sometimes i faced issue with the compatibility of certain browser versions and devices which sometimes doesn't fulfill my requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing platform to cross browser testing on different screen sizes"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Besides the cross-browser testing and testing on different screen sizes, BrowserStack provides accessibility to different Dev Tools, for mobile screens as well, which was helpful for debugging things. The UI is simple and easy to use, no fancy setting was required. I almost used it for testing all the screens for the website that I was building.

The customer support was awesome, and I had my doubts resolved on chat within a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

While testing for small screen devices sometimes the screens get stuck, and you can not scroll further. Also, in a few cases, for smaller resolution screens, the right click and hover doesn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"How we started tracking an otherwise untracable bugs by using BrowserStack"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack has simple interface, fast loading app and a large number of devices to choose from. Testing private websites/localhost it's a huge deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

We found a one minute per device in trial mode of Manual Testing a bit limitting. I think a bit longer time and perhaps less devices would allow more astute acknowledging with the tool during the trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use BrowserStack to track bugs that happen on specific devices. Our solutions are heavily dependant on hardware and it's helpful to test on exact same device model as owned by the user who encountered an issue.

At one occasion we could not trace the bug using traditional means (analysing error logs, interviewing user, using tests and test devices) and only when we used the same device on BrowserStack it became super clear what was causing the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
