What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Their test management tool helps us write and manage our test suite from one platform - so automation is very seamless. I like the AI description and clone feature. The ease of integrating the test management tools like JIRA, Qtest is awesome

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Being a full stack developer intern, I got the opportunity recently to explore BrowserStack. I mainly work on React JS and am currently developing a website in my organisation. It needs to work across various browsers and that it is where browser stack comes into picture. It is an extremely easy to use cloud application which has a big developer base, this makes it easier as a developer to implement as there is an entire community that is very supportive and helps in clarifying doubts and queries. I use it on almost all the applications that I am developing and it is very simple to integrate with the project. It really reduces the time from development to production and that is one of the best features of BrowserStack. I would genuinely recommend it to my peers who are in this field. What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I wish they could publicise themselves a bit more. BrowserStack is a phenomenal application, however, I feel they should promote their product a bit more and come in the limelight that they truly deserve. On the technical aspects, I have no grievances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Personally it reduces the time between deploying the code in development and releasing it to production. I majorly work with web apps and testing is extremely stressed upon as a part of my organisation. Browser stack provides a unique cross platform testing application that really eases the entire pipeline. Software testing across various browsers and modifying and recalibrating the product from the browser stack feedback is one of the biggest reason behind using Browser Stack. I just have one dislike that it sometimes doesn't allow to view the screen as a Virtual machine but rather stays on the browser, it should have its own launcher that should be supported on various OS to launch the windows as if the user is working on an actual system. What do you like best about BrowserStack?

1. Easy to use

2. Good customer support

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

1. Devices frequently disconnecting even when session is being used.

2. When we use kill app feature, it does not kill the active app in foreground only, instead kills all the ative apps which is really annoying.

3. We should be able to select device from a specific country, instead of auto select from pool from the country which we don't want. For example, I should be shown option of number of devices available in India, Germany, US and I should be able to select from where i want. As my application reports the country where device exists and thats a problem for me in analyzing the analytics.

4. Using 2 devices at same time slows down the performance.

5. Device settings are not accessible which we particularly need, for example device id cannot be fetched. Only few settings are available in side menu, should be more options available.

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The best feature about Browser stack is that it allows cross browser testing.

Testing of web and mobile applications across browsers is made possible from one control point.

Testing in different resolutions is another plus point.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

In some cases, there are bugs which can be found manually on a real device but from browser stack they aren't identifiable.

Since it is not open source so atleast the pricing structure can be made less complex.

SMS feature is limited to only few countries. It can be expanded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before browser stack was implemented in our team, lot of efforts and time was wasted on testing, so with the usage of this software, time is immensely reduced .

Documentation provided by Browse stack, is easy to understand so that benefited us a lot initially, when we started using browser stack.

The automation tool which we were using, got very easily integrated with this software.

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

It has been great time using BrowserStack for automated testing for my websites. It has vast numbers of devices from macOS to Android and almost all browsers to test my website seamlessly without much of my interection. They have a simple and easy dashboard from where I can access all devices for testing and debugging. They have also proved in providing great support to me. What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The best thing I like about BrowserStack is the access to any device I need virtually without physically needing it. Also it is easy to use and easy to integrate as well. I am also happy with the customer service provided by them, they are quick at responding. Also the documentation provided was well enough for smooth implementation. What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

I require cross browser testing in my work and this is easily solved by BrowserStack. Also I find backend logs to be especially very helpful. I love the fact that I can do parallel testing of web and app. One more way that benefits me a lot is the wide variety of choices that are given for browsers and devices too.
