Some of the iphone or android mobile is not available. I don't have full access to mobile to install and configure third party apps.

Automation testing:Makes very easier to run the frameworks

Real device: Helps to check on multiple devices also compatability which is not avilable on emulator.

Time saving: Like all the devices are at one place so no need to coordinate with team matess for devices.

Also access to Vpn so can easily check for multiple location.

The customer support is really nice and helpful.

It is so helpful to test on daily basis and can easily used multiple times.

Easily implement the changes as the console is available for use
