I just staryed using A2019 or you can say automation 360 and much more better than the previous version.

Its really easy to learn without programming or development knowledge, it's good for automating processes and also how easy it is to write a script, as well as integration with other applications, and it offers courses and tutorials to get you started. I like its features as there are a variety of pre-built integrations, its ease of use, and intuitive interface. It is reliable software with advanced features that are used for different things, for example, document management, data collection and migration, invoice processing, integration with Citrix, and other tools. Not everything that glitters is always gold. There are some things that I don't like; for example, we are facing errors in the platform documentation and I see that it is still incomplete, and I am still waiting for an update. AA works with AI technology. IQ bot works seamlessly for us. Mainly we are using this for invoicing purposes. Timesheets data should collect from our internal database, compare with actual hours and produce invoice based on hours captured and send it to the client manager for approval then sent them to the account team for the payment process. Before we use to face many issues on this process, but now after implementing this RPA tool, this workflow is fully automated and completing seamlessly without any issues. Intuitive to use with a good short and easy to understand learning path, I like the ability to automate in a remote environment, the coding is easy for developers, and also its structural framework because it is easy to understand. It is a software that surprises me with its functions; although there is a lot of competition, this software makes a difference. Automating repetitive tasks is excellent because it has a great impact on the company; thanks to this, we save time and effort and fully automated production, so we will continue to use this tool. Since this is a new tool for us, I was in doubt that it will take more time to implement successfully. But 2 options on this AA RPA tool, a Pre-built template, and web recording made our work very easy. I am mainly using this tool for creating new user accounts with all necessary access based on the user profile whenever we onboard new users.
