What do you like best about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?

I was afraid when our company started to implement this AA RPA tool. But I learned to use this RPA tool within 3 days and started working. Good training provided. I successfully created bots and implemented this AA tool in our testing department to alert users when there are any issues with our client tool. This issue has to assign to individual users one by one. We don't have full access to our client tool hence our users have to monitor it manually and assign it to users. But after implementing this AA tool once issues occur based on the user's table it will assign the ticket to the user automatically. The best tool I worked on till now. There is no dislike about this RPA tool. Whichever RPA tool you use, few human tasks we can't replace, it depends on where we use this tool, because our first trigger always manual. Maybe in the future, this can happen. We need to wait. Automation anywhere is by far the best automation platform available in the market armed with perfect intelligent bots to handle all types of business processes. Automation anywhere has all the features inside to be the best in the niche of automation. I have been using this platform for a very long time in the organization for automated solutions on the go and it has been a great choice for me. It empowers me to trust bots and let them solve repetitive work and manual tasks which helps in to increase productivity, the best customer experience, and an engaged workplace. It has the best features, the best feature that I like the most is their drag and drop option. The main drawback that I have been facing for the longest time while using the automation anywhere is that it does not allow to have multiple windows working setup at the same time because the bot is working already in the background which does not allow to have multiple windows. Secondly, sometimes there is a need to check the functionality while dealing with highly customizable work which needs the assistance of a professional developer to increase the work and takes a lot of human effort. I like the facility of understanding the automation, very easy to developer, is vey helpful and makes tiring work done quickly so you can use people for something useful. The automation of processes, helps make them faster and more agile and also allows to improve and improve processes. In the project I'm currently working on, the need to automate the process to improve its performance is very explicit and always seek to innovate and optimize processes, and automation anywhere has allowed this. I don't like Automation anywhere when we have a problems with screen capture and windows. Another problem is some errors presented when running a task are quite vague and don't help to solve the problem itself. And the errors that automation makes available, when a bot gives an error, are very vague and don't help, most of the time, to solve the problem itself. I think the automation is the best RPA interface to programming. I think it might have a dark theme for those with vision problems like me. In addition, I would also like us to be able to change the background colors of the comments so that other developers know what was done and what is the relevance of that piece of code. There are many things that are continually being improved, but I think these two are the ones I would most like to see improved. It doesn't mean I dislike the way it is. Universal recorder is the best which helps you to record interactions, such as click, read (data extraction), and write (data entry) with user interface (UI) objects on the desktop, taskbar, or in an application or browser window you can also do changes in the Object properties if required like DOMXPath. It's a very simple way to create bots in this AA RPA tool. No coding and other technical knowledge required for us to create bots. Just drag and drop available action items to create bots as per your workflow. Support and training are best in the AA community when compare to other RPA tools. We are mainly using this RPA tool in our sales department to send emails. Before it was very difficult for us to send manually and not able to reach targets with 4 users. But now, after implementing this RPA tool all tasks are happening automatically with one trigger. We are reaching our target and sales also increased with this RPA tool. I've used this RPA tool to download raw data from our HR tool and convert it using the SSIS package and upload it to our client tool. Before all these steps are manual and 2 users are working on it. And we totally depend on them. But now after implementing this RPA tool, all steps are automized and completing it on time without any issues. I faced challenges in data conversion steps because we don't know how to capture this step for this RPA tool. After all, until conversion, we need to wait then and upload.
