What do you like best about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?

As a beginner in the RPA world, the Automation Anywhere it's the most practical, user-friendly and easy to learn tool that I been working so far. What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?

In my experience it could have more content on the Automation Anywhere University and when executing bots, i think the dashboard could be able to monitor bots that are running longer than usual based on average process time or user defined time and display or send notification to the administrator/developer, just for testing purposes. But in the platform as whole i don't think that has a thing that I dislike, this are just features that I think it would be nice to see in a future version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?

One of the best tools I have worked on in my carrier experience. Easy to use no coding or programming knowledge required for this AA RPA tool to create bots. Just drag and drop action items as per your workflow. Mainly we have implemented this RPA tool in our support ticket assignment. Before ours, users have to manually log in to the client portal and check and assign support tickets to internal users to work on it. Sometimes, since manual work assigning tickets took longer than expected, it affected our efficiency. After implementing this AA RPA tool now our task becomes automatic. It will automatically assign the ticket to users as per availability considering email notification as a trigger. It increased our work efficiency and sales also. Now our client is very happy with our work. Since users are getting immediate notification, they are getting little time to complete tasks. Easy and effective tool. What do you like best about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?

We have implemented this AA RPA tool to the MRM meeting dashboard refresh to keep it up to date. Since the management review meeting is crucial in all companies, we are very struggling to complete this dashboard task every day. But after implementing this, tool all our tasks were automized. With just one trigger our MRM dashboard will refresh automatically by downloading raw data from our client tool, extract it and then upload it to our dashboard tool and refresh it. All these are automized now. Our client is also happy with our on-time report. Easy to deploy, just drag and drop action items. What I like is that a product that has changed our ability to complete monotonous tasks and is relentlessly easy to master on day one. I have found it reliable and fast in a short period of time. This product has a lot of potentials to automate manual processes and thus save many hours of work. I like the built-in functionalities so that the product integrates with elements such as PDF, Outlook, and much more. It is very easy to use, and it is fast, and it provides useful tools to automate repetitive tasks, and I like that it is well documented with the use of various activities, my goal is to be able to ensure that all the processes that are within our reach are efficient, intelligent and profitable and with this tool make it possible. It has all the parameters, and we are very happy about that and we are satisfied that we can save hours of human work. its user friendly environment .its dashboard styles and its core features etc.We are using the Automation Anywhere tool to automate the rule-based process. It can work 24 hours without taking rest. We are using it in our Finance, Telecom, and Banking sectors, and found it very useful.It can work 24*7 without taking rest.Time and cost saving. It is very fast in comparison to manual.You can keep the BOT learning by feeding more and more data sets, which makes the whole process highly efficient.It is highly accurate, and gets up and running in a very short period of timeEasily learned by anyone who spends a bit of time with it. implementation of the 3rd party software such as ocr erp etc,Automation Anywhere needs to upgrade in Excel commands areas like Add Column in excel, Delete Excel Sheets.Excel gets hanged Automation Anywhere did not give any notification.

I like that it was easy to implement and the user interface is understandable, and no coding experience is certainly required. It is extremely flexible and capable of automating both very simple and quite complex tasks. Dragging and dropping helps to develop things quickly. The intuitive handling of the tool offers the possibility of automating processes in a simple way. The entire workflow looks like a pictorial representation, which is much easier to understand. I also like its integration of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft outlook to create tabular data and send automatic emails in the notification of actions to be taken in the context of emails. As for me studying various tutorials on automation is really great; I discovered a world full of different functions that facilitate human work; it is easy to use, extensive activities, and good support. Its unique feature and provides training to learn in detail, it is one of the best ways to automate processes and reduce daily manual work in the office and save time that can be used for more productive tasks and can increase efficiency. I like the fact that this software is easy to use and very good, which means that I can automate specific tasks that are repetitive and very boring, and I have free time for more important work. It really is very intuitive, feels fluid and efficient and is easy to learn, has incredible workflow capabilities, and can work in fully robotic or human-assisted automation. Now, all companies are preferring to implement automation tools. This AA is work on the AI IQ bot, which is really a next-generation tool. I created bots and implemented this RPA tool in the HR and IT departments. HR mainly for onboarding candidates. When we hire new employees, our HR has to enter employee's data manually and update IT team members to initiate start processes. Until HR department approval our IT guys will not authorized to work on new onboarding assignments. before this whole process was taken a full day to complete. But after implementing this RPA tool, just enter employee's data in our HR tool and trigger for all other tasks. Now, all these tasks completing only in an hour, and also we have removed 2 users from this workflow and utilizing them in other tasks. It automatically reduces user dependency and increased our work efficiency. Just drag and drop to create bots. Action has almost all features required.
