It is easy to incorporate into various processes at work and has exceptional and innovative features; the integrated Ai engine is a topic of interest to me. The ability to run Automation from the cloud will give us peace of mind. Automation Anywhere won the race at the time and remained in the number one spot. We deployed version 10.x to the pilot environment and then migrated to production, the migration was pretty seamless, and AA, CSM support team, and account managers have played a key role in making that happen. Similarly, from version 10.x to version 11.x and I am now working with the AA team to migrate to the new cloud-born AA 360 product. Drag and drop is designed to be easy; however, it is difficult to work with that tends to be tedious at times.
