The web recording option is best in this AA RPA tool. Using this option, I started creating bots from day one. Within one week, I successfully implemented bots in our company.

Ease of coding and automating the process is something really attractive. Also the automation is very fast when done by AA. Addition to this the new upgrades are something which adds to willingness to use Automation Anywhere. Automation anywhere comes with new features and keeps on upgrading itself which is something keeps developers and client engaged. Few the things are missing and would recommend AA is to add is Automation Anywhere Framework as this will fasten up development time. Addition to this I would like to see more features in the Automation Anywhere Comunity Edition, as students and small scale companies refrain themselves from using AA for the same. It is software that serves to automate tasks and is easy to use and has a solid interface, and the commands are as simple as drag and drop. Its interface which is very good and can be understood at a glance from design to debugging stage.

I liked the forum, but more communication and user support are needed, specially in discussions.

Handling risks in the company should be done from time to time. Only then we will be able to protect our data/network from threats. I am mainly using this AA RPA tool for working Risk Assessment. Before users use to send an email manually for any incident and based on the priority I use to monitor and send emails to the management for any modification/approval. Since this was an additional task for me it was taking time to inform management and take approval and risk was not closing on time. So our team decided to make this process automation. Hence we decided to purchase AA and it headed to the right decision. Using this tool we have made this process automation by creating a few online forms. Now, the user will directly submit their incident on our incident tool, and based on priority this tool sends emails to management to take approval. Now all risks are closing on time which is very important for all companies. We created this bot very easily using the web recording option. We are using this RPA tool in many departments.
