There are so many features that stand out, making this product of the best RPA tools in the market. The cognitive abilities are commendable. They have improved their capabilities over the past few years. Metabots and Web Automation work well. The tool is equipped with an IQ bot, Discovery bot, and insight features. It is easy to use and ready to deploy. Multi-user support is user-friendly.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?

The pricing could be better. I would recommend trying the trial edition. The report generation feature can be better. The licensing is a little complicated. The integration with Outlook can be better. There are some issues related to OCR data extraction. Web Recording can be better.

It looks like this was the tool that we were looking into. High-performance RPA tool. Features are unbelievable. Just drag and drop to create bots which is very comfortable to use this RPA tool. We have mainly implemented this tool in our department for all monitoring tasks. While running load any issues this tool automatically sends a notification to available users to fix and re-execute the packages. This helped us to remove concentrate on all our daily routine tasks. Normally we face issues with all tools. But for this RPA tool, the best support teams are available where if we face any issues they will rectify immediately. I can complete my multiple tasks in just one trigger. In our IT department, I am mainly using this tool for ticket assigning to engineers to work on it. Before we use to do it manually where ticket assigning was taking more time and less time to complete tasks. Now, after automating this task each user getting a notification immediately where they are getting more time to fix the issue. And also now we can performance improvement of users. This RPA tool not only helps make our tasks automate but also automatically makes all our work easier. Since I am getting status notifications on time, I can spend my time on other works. Management is also very happy with our IT dept performance now. The support team is also very interactive, if any issue they will help us to rectify issues immediately. Thanks! What I didn't like was the very high cost to obtain a certification, even being a professional, if you fail the exam twice it becomes complicated due to the cost because we live in Brazil and 50 dollars is a very high price for someone living in Brazil or neighboring countries like Argentina, etc. Only 2 attempts is very little! So far, I have not seen any serious issues or glitches affecting the use of bots for automation. The only thing is that some functions are confusing and do not show deep details to improve the learning of these functions. Also, constant updates bring failures.
