What do you like best about Xref?

Xref is awesome, it's so convenient and efficient and takes so much admin from my workload. I find many of the Referees prefer to utilise xref as they can do this in their own time and we tend to get the refs back very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In regards to your comment on editing questions, we encourage you to take a look at our Template Builder tool. Template Builder allows you to create your own tailored reference templates from a database of compliant, high-performing questions, and then add them to your Xref account. In addition, a lot of our customers like to include a question at the end of their questionnaire which asks if the referee is happy to be contacted at a time that’s convenient for them, if any further detail is required. This offers referees a chance to opt in to being contacted at time that works for them and can make for a great opportunity to reach out where necessary and appropriate. We hope this helps!

What do you like best about Xref?

The ability to carry out test checks at the same time is the most obvious advantage, but the information we received from our employees was much better than phone checks (where the "option correct" might be perceived as a mean to speeding up the conversation! We appreciate the convenience of being able to consider the entire background check as positive or negative, as well as exporting the Practical System to include checks in our negotiation recommendations for employment managers. What do you dislike about Xref?

The only criticism I see is that the referees cannot arrive in time before entering the panel. However, it is more important to keep in touch with the employee, because Xref works much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
