What do you like best about Xref?

Ease of use for candidate and recruiter. You can easily share the results with the hiring manager and it has interesting analytics about the tone and how much is written. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xref?

I wish you had the ability to edit and upload your own reference forms rather than going through a Customer Success Manager. Additionally, if you require different types of references you can not choose which one to assign and the referee can easily miss changing the type of reference. Recommendations to others considering Xref:

Decide how important the reference process is to your organization, and how Xref would compliment your current process. I'd say it's nice to have, but some hiring managers still don't like that fact it's not done over the phone, even though it's easy enough to follow up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
