Implement a pilot trial to determine how to best set it up, to get buy in from the community, and identify any issues that you may have. Compare with other vendors, survey your users, and share results with the leadership team and the community at large.

What do you like best about Xref?

Our company is experiencing significant growth. Xref saves our talent acquisition team an enormous amount of time each and every day. I also find the Xref team extremely knowledgeable and proactive. There really is nothing not to like. Xref is an exceptional product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) Time - growing by 400 staff over a 9 month period has put a huge work load on our talent acquisition team. Alleviating this part of the recruitment process has meant they can focus more on sourcing quality staff.

2) Quality of reference - as the reference is completed by the referee themselves, they write down exactly what they want to get their point across. With phone references, the person taking the reference can change words, or miss things that are said. So quality was a big consideration for us in choosing Xref.
