XRef makes it really easy to create your own questions and send request through! What was once a very tedious part of the recruitment process, is now seamless! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xref?

There's nothing that I dislike abut the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting in touch with references by the phone, which is time consuming and you are calling people who are currently working - so they are not always available.

The ease with which you are able to action reference checking with a potential candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xref?

This is not really within Xref's control, but some referees provide very limited written feedback necessitating a verbal phone reference as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For your reference, we created a tool called Template Builder which gives you access to hundreds of questions that have been shown to generate better responses from candidates. We’d encourage you to see if adapting your reference templates might help. Of course, sometimes it does just come down to the individual’s preference.
