What do you like best about Xref?

Xref makes the references stage of the recruitment process so easy and hassle free from both a candidate and employer perspective. It's extremely user friendly, informational and quick. What do you like best about Xref?

This is extremely easy to use and efficient for busy recruiters. It puts the accountability onto the applicant and all reviews are in the same format and easy to review with the hiring manager. I live in a country where I don't speak the native language so having a form like this is easier for me to connect with the references. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, the system sends a little too many reminders to the references. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In regards to your point about editing candidate information, if you find yourself needing to edit candidate details, you will need to delete the request and issue a new one with the correct information. Should a candidate need to replace or submit an alternative referee they can simply do so within their request. What do you like best about Xref?

I like the time as well as interest to information that I get when making use of XRef. It is like a regular, you forget about the item and understand a great deal of what I do, i.e. ask questions and fully grasp the past and abilities of the applicants that our business wants to hire. Among the leading problems with making use of this product is the fact that judges are able to respond to questions whenever they feel at ease. I used to fill up in comments on the phone and sometimes had to leave an information & hang on for the phone call to be answered. Sometimes it took a few attempts. When you arrived to the cell phone, you rang at the bad time and often you'd a rather bad rash. Xref helped a lot regarding the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
