Super easy to use on both candidate and user side. Customisable, though i haven't personally been involved in this as my organisation sticks to one specific template. I love that we're able to have standardised references across all candidates, especially across all the users in our organisation who might collect the references (i.e. one template can be used by myself and my internal team, and also by our talent team in our parent company). I think it needs better functionality regarding the ability to update referee nominations after these have been initially submitted. A few times I've had a candidate use the wrong email address, or provide a reference internal to our company which we had been unable to accept. When this has been the case, I have had to re-issue the entire reference as to my knowledge we're unable to just update from our end or the candidate's end, or accept one reference and request someone else in place of another. Setting up the candidates in xref is quick and easy and doesn't require unnecessary details. Tracking the progress of references is quick with the visuals on the dashboard and downloading the references is also easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
