I operate in the recruitment, as I need to gather right people in my team as well as we call all candidates individually, documenting the answers of theirs. When we went up the stairs, it had taken a quite a while. It was XRef. XRef, that saved us a great deal of time. Rather than having all the candidates of ours as references, we are able to enter candidates into the program and also you are able to enter the references of yours. In case you send us guide questions, we usually get a reference answer within 24 48 hours. This's a lot quicker than discovering a relationship! Xref is one of the easiest integrated reference check systems that I have dealt with. It works seamlessly with our ATS with an easy set-up process which also allows customization. Their customer service support is an extension of the success of their technical system, approachable, reliable and dependable.

They save me a lot of time. References are able to respond to questions when it best suites them. This gives them to opportunity give thought to their answers. What's also good is Xref can track if references are legit. We've had cases where candidates have provided false references.
