Regarding your comment on a no-response from the candidate. If the candidate doesn’t engage within three weeks, the request expires and is moved to the archived tab. I hope this helps, but please feel free to contact our customer success team at support@xref.com if you’d like further assistance.

On the referee’s email address being unobtainable, in such a situation, our system will notify the candidate for them to update or provide alternative referee details.

While the questions included in a questionnaire are at the discretion of an employer, we are committed to ensuring that all questions are compliant and optimised to offer the best feedback in return. If you haven’t already, I would recommend you check out our Template Builder tool, which enables you to create a template on the fly, from a database of thousands of compliant and high-performing questions, You can then add the template directly to your Xref account. I’ve included the link to Template Builder below.
