The UI is not the prettiest, but we have seen many improvements there. Isn't the cheapest solution, but the pricing model, once you understand it, helps us understand and generally manage overall spend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With our previous vendor, we began running into scenarios where we were bringing in large volumes of data and had very specific ways of setting up our channels, audiences and permissions where we were not able to effectively use it. We decided to switch and can now handle all the data volumes we need, and from the start were able to create, store and split the data per our very unique business needs. 1. not too many examples to illustrate the major functionalities on the training website, especially in the workflow part.

"High speed queries for Big Data, but could have better integrations!"

What do you like best about Treasure Data Customer Data Platform?

The most extraordinary thing about Treasure Data is the high-speed queries. I never see any database that could process billions of rows so many times. That's awesome! The PrestoDB functions work very well for complex statistical analysis! I've using Treasure Data for integrating data across many sources and deliver real-time insights for business users. Well, the biggest problem in my opinion are the integrations. Some of them doesn't work very well some times with no advice. I had been some problems since i started to work with Treasure Data and i must to say that most of times, our company avoid to use the native integrations because we have no trust that they will work well. I think that documentation about workflows could be better too! Some times we had issues about workflow syntax and the documentation doesn't helped very much! We used to have a customer success engineer dedicated to our account who was really helpful with new integrations and enhancements. Pricing structure has changed now and we'd have to commit to a minimum of 20/hrs of professional services a month, which is overkill for us, or use a 3rd party shop. TD gives a clean view of all our customers and their historical record with our business. "One ID number per customer" isn't as easy as importing everything into a traditional CRM or database.
