The learning curve is there. Users may take time to learn to use the platform. Lots of commonly used systems and are not having OOTB connectors. The reporting capabilities are not up to the mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Treasure Data Customer Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Treasure Data CDP has been deployed for our customers. The primary goal of deploying the CDP was to build the C360 profile. Stitch the disparate sources and break the silos.

It is eas to use and has many connectors to both export the data, so you can analyze or visualize, or to import data from external sources. It allows us to sent live data via Rest API connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pricing is rather on the expensive side for a company of our size. There is quite limited memory allocation so larger queries can fail to run when executed. - From data aggregation perspective : the ability to collect the data from the website through owned pixel is great, the native connector enables collections from top ressources

- From data processing and 360° customer view : you can use onshelf algo or build your own

The independance comes with the necessity to integrate with the martech ecosystem ( versus integrated CDP ).

The ETL process , the data connectors , the workflow writing methods, query logics , console and the audience studio segements creation parts in the TD is what I like most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Hive query engine version is not upgraded, admins can not move the projects of workflows and the workflow names can not be edited also the admins can not delete the other admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TD platform is solving the Data ETL process and the cutomers unique profiles creation, unification of profiles and the enrichment of data based on the different different fields.
