I am sorry you haven't had a great experience with our solution. Our automated reports are a great feature that can really help managers get the data they need when they need it, but sometimes certain email server settings (typically security related) can get in the way of that benefit. I would recommend a call into our Support line (support@tcpsoftware.com or 325.223.9300) to have them get to the bottom of this. We would love to see you running automated reports successfully and getting the most out of our solutions!

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

It's easy to use. It allows reps to keep track of schedule switch shifts. They can see PTO ..apply for leave. Humanity keeps track of our hours for payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I dont have any complaints at this time. We have download payroll information and enter into another system but I think that is an internal issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

We've been using TCP for almost 3 years now. Prior, our employees were using a 25 yr old, primitive, handwritten punch clock system. They now access TCP primarily through their smart phones. It's quick and easy for them to clock in and out of various jobs throughout the day or week. We use TCP for both Payroll Reporting, Job Tracking, and management reporting. What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The only thing we found a bit challenging was the large # of initial configuration options. We're a small company with 15 or so employees, so we don't need/use all the functionality available in TCP. Fortunately, the TCP tech support crew were great in setting up our company's default configurations and departmental roles. Now it's just set&forget - that's what management likes.
