What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I like the Shift Planning UI though it needs some improvements, e.g. the "Repeat" function where it can have options like repeat until a specific date or endpoint only Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I am not a fan of the part-of-day leave where it doesn't automatically deduct from the hours worked just as long as employee's not removed from the shift planning tile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Organized, easy, fast, anyone can learn and use it quickly. The ability to see other locations schedule shifts has benefits as well. Creating a schedule without having to type each time is super effecent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I wish ShiftPlanning didn't have two tabs. One feature shows your staff and shifts, and the other gives you the format as if you were looking at where I fill voided changes. I wish they would both operate as one tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Simple to use and simple to grab and release work shifts, as well as simple to communicate with. Easy to use on my mobile as well on either phone or tablet Love having something so simple to use for work, it helps take the stress out of doing my job. This is something that they also do updates on frequently to make sure we are always having the best software available. The Tech's are fantastic and always get things figured out in a matter of minutes and get us back on our way. Give this a chance and you won't want to go back to anything else. What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

There’s nothing I dislike as of now and I’ve used it almost 4 years now. I think i've had one time over that 4 years that it has had an issue and it was resolved very promptly. I would recommend this to anyone to use for their work opportunities. If there was one thing i'd change it would be that I hadn't gotten to use this in my other jobs, as it sure would have simplified my life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a very minor thing but I wish that coworkers birthdays were available for all to see instead of just management. But I realize that's not actually Humanity's fault, considering it's up to management to make it public or not.
