What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The site tends to slow often, doesn't refresh at the same rate for different users; notifications for acknowledgments should be able to be separated between groups. EX- doctors schedule/doctor unacknowledged a shift, that should go to a manager of doctors, Technicians schedule notifications should go to only the tech manager..etc...too many emails and notifications and turning them off doesn't work. It's easy to use. Employees find it very user friendly. Customer support always replies efficiently and quickly. We do not use all of the available functions because we're a small school district, but it's a great value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

simplicity of the UI, there are a few settings that need some UX testing but i like most of it.

Cant do many Bulk actions in the staff window. Approving /disapproving a shift should be expanded to add extra options. I can only approve or remove and there are times a employee is late, dosn't show, etc where extra options would be helpful. Price change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I like the ability to set so many parameters for each group of positions we have here. I like the reporting to track overtime and the ability to see who is not working their whole shift. The paid time off/accruals are very easy for the staff to navigate and to use. TCP has saved me a ton of time that I can now use for other things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
