What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I do like the ease of plugging people into the schedule, the options to modify, ease of moving/copying shifts; some things are user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I am not a fan of the multiple steps it takes to mark someone out if they are sick and open up their shift. It is slow and bogs down, there are several steps for each action. You have to republish the schedule every single time you make a small change.... the list goes on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I enjoy how shifts are laid out and the multiple views -- from seeing shifts in rows per employee to seeing an entire schedule. Additionally, being able to view 1 week or 4 weeks at a time is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Given I'm a scheduler I don't have access to some features that would be useful e.g., being able to color code shifts or editing my own max and min shift hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The time clock system took a long time to work well for us. After many months we were able to get it to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I do not like how the company does business. Yesterday, I was told that I had signed a "purchase agreement" for additional licenses when I had not even opened the email. We were also told that the time clock system can be used with RFID cards to give people access to specific locations but we then found out that this was not the case. The company seems a bit too eager to sell the product and overpromises what their system can do. We are canceling this service in August. They also charged our company credit card without our authorization last year when we were in the process of deciding on what to do and had asked to be charged monthly. Instead, they charged us for the whole year. I can only recommend that people go with a different vendor than with TCP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tye Masters of TCP Suite

Hi Veronica,

I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with us. Because our solutions are flexible, implementation times can vary, particularly so we can ensure our configurations are working properly. We consistently strive to improve and are available with questions and concerns. We'd love to be able to chat with you directly to allay some of these concerns.

As for the RFID cards, you absolutely should be able to restrict or manage access to certain locations or facilities using these badges, provided you have a badge-reading time clock stationed at the access point. I would recommend reaching out to Support (325.223.9300) and have them re-evaluate your situation. This is a functionality we are very proud of for our solution and I would love to hear that it is working as intended for your organization.

Hopefully you can reconsider remaining with us and our staff will make sure all parties are in agreement with the billing process.
