What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I like that I have access to all my employees in one space. I like that the scheduling aspect gives us a chance to reduce payroll by figuring out what extra costs can be cut. Being able to control when employees clock in, i.e. only allowed 5 minutes earlier than scheduled, is very helpful. I like that the changes I make on my computer are seen instantly on the managers computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I get logged out every 5 minutes. Its really annoying as part of my job includes mostly doing this in Timeclock throughout the day. I also do not like that when I go to export hours, I do not get a choice of where I would like the download to go on to my computer. For our payroll system I have to have it in a certain folder and ever since the new TCP I have had to download it and move into a different folder which just adds extra steps and time. What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

When vacations are cancelled, the employees aren't repopulated in the schedule. There is no repeat function for a Sunday-Thursday schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I dislike that this does not integrate with our company's payroll system (ultipro) I also dislike that I cannot drag and move shifts or change an employees location without deleting them from one shift and adding to the other location would be nice to be able to toggle within a shift. would like an easier way to view leave schedules wish it would show on the weekly schedule as a blocked shift. What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Using Humanity has helped me to organize my shifts and to plan my life activities ahead. I feel like I have some kind of a cheat code for time organization! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

So far I have not had any downsides with using Humanity. I'm not able to see all the shifts of my coworkers but that's probably due to limited permissions. I'm pretty satisfied overall! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

We never worry about missing timeclock punches. We use PROX cards for security and ID cards and we can use the same card to punch the clock. We have three locations and manage everything for one login and our employees can clock their hours regardless of which location they are at. The clocks work flawlessly in fallback mode if the cloud is down for maintenance of if we have a local internet outage. Everything just works, very well, all the time...for years! What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The mobile application is very user friendly. I can easily see if any of the shifts are open . I get reminder about my upcoming shifts.

I use my app to calculate my time clock as well. Overall, it is the best app for workplace that I have used so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The site is easy to use and navigate. The only issue is with the messaging system where many times I see messages for projects that I don't work on. But otherwise its fine. I can easily add, change, and drop shifts within Humanity and offer for trades as well as send out a message to everyone on my project related to hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Only dislikes are minor. The messaging sometimes sends me things for projects I am not on. And then when scheduling if I pick up many hours at once, the pages don't update as I select so I have to reload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

TCP TimeClock Plus has allowed me to cut my workload. No more having to get timesheets out and verify that staff came in. Team member is responsible for communicating with me if they failed to clock in or had any problems. The GeoFence is awesome!! More accountability and accuracy are what I like.
