What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

We used it as our one-stop timeclock and leave request format. It did the former pretty well, with the clock in and clock out buttons being satisfying to smash at the start and end of a shift. Planning shifts and requesting leaves could be clunky, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

As mentioned, the calendar functions of the app could be clunky and a bit unituitive. Even after using the app regularly for a few years I was never entirely sure it was clearly capturing when I would be away and how my shifts were changing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I like the ability to configure the settings of the software down to the minute detail. Each employee profile can be configured completely differently from another if necessary. I also like the import/export feature, as having the ability to quickly move data between TCP and Quickbooks is a great time saver compared to manually exchanging the information. What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

One of the few downsides I have found is the number of bugs present in the system, especially on the mobile application. I have had to reset mobile applications on employees' phones numerous times to fix issues that arise. Another downside is the lack of customization for the geofence. I really enjoy their customer service, professionalism, and commitment. It's a great system for scheduling, clocking in/out. If it wasn't for customer service being knowledgable, I probably wouldn't use the system as much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There needs to be more flexibility in customizing to business needs and reporting. There are many limitations. Not being able to sync or link with other software. The ease and convenience of accessing the cloud-based system on any device and at any time outside of office hours. I also do enjoy speaking with their tech support when I find a function to be challenging or need to be reminded as to where to find certain reports. There staff are friendly and welcoming. What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Honestly the price tag on their biometric readers. They are a bit expensive and which we had to outsource a few of the readers through a third party vendor. I wish they were a bit more affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reports - I can see data for all my employees in a glance. I can download it and use it the way I like.
