What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Nothing. The system is clunky, hard to implement and administer. TCP then refused to work fairly with us to terminate, pointing to fine print that we were obligated for the full cost of renewal for another whole year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Truly disliked the application to our business and difficult to implement. The system is clunky and not intuitive to administer. What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The most helpful aspect of the Humanity app is how easy it is to input schedules and notify the employees. Notifying and doing schedules can be time consuming. However, with the help of Humanity it makes it so easy to do both! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The downside of humanity is the trouble in switching shifts last minute. Illnesses often occur without notices and with the switching shifts through humanity it is hard to track when one needs to be approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For each day I request, I have to submit two requests as per hours. So for one day, I have to submit a request for nine till lunch break. Lunch break till the end of the day. When I ask for a week's leave, I have to spend time and enter 10 leave requests, rather than from Monday - Friday and give the dates in one request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scheduler and Geofence doesn’t work properly since merger. Auto out doesn’t allow for exempt employees to come and go throughout the day. Program is extremely complicated. I am sorry to hear that there were some issues with your solution, there was an update that should have fixed the Geofence and Geolocation features shortly after you submitted your review. If not, please reach out to Support (325.223.9300) and we will see if there is a configuration issue.

We pride ourselves on having a very flexible software, which helps organizations set up a solution to their exact needs, but that also means a lot of configuration options which can make setting up the system difficult sometimes. If you need help with training new users, feel free to reach out to Support and they would be happy to assist. There also may be some documentation that can help you at the resource URL I have shared.
