There really isn't much to dislike at all. Perhaps being able to search and trouble shoot some of the features you've forgotten how to use would be helpful. Also, being a systems administrator for scheduling, it would be great if their mobile app allowed me to access my full teams schedule so I can use the app to give employees time off and then send out a shift alert for coverage, instead of having to go onto the web to do. TimeClock Plus is easy to navigate. So very user friendly. The customer service is also very helpful when your in need of assistance. I needed help with our accural process and they were very knowledagble and helped me through it no problem. The Employees like it cause it's easy to clock in and out on just a few clicks and your done. Also like i said very user friendly they can easily request time off see there Accrued PTO and hours they had for the week without jumping through hoops. they can also have it on their phone for easy access. We sometimes have a issue with when they go to clock out it dosent always do it and then i have to adjust it for them but i dont know if that is nessecarialy TimeClock Plus issues it could be them clocking out on there phones and the Wifi connection might be bad. Also when a week passes and someone is out sick when they come in the following week and want to use thier PTO on the last week they missed days on for some reason it's blocked out so they cant do it. Then i have to manually do it which is silly cause they could easily be able to add it in and then i just approve it since i have to approve the PTO anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We tried other systems (free) and came back to TCP Humanity Scheduling software. It meets our needs for our front line staff. We have been using this system for over 10 years.

Lots of webinars offered to explain functionalities we do not use but that could be beneficial to our operations.

Our pay system is Dayforce/Ceridian, and TCP Humanity can not interact, so I have to enter the schedule in both systems. It would be great if Dayforce/Ceridian was one of the systems that can interact with Humanity.

One bug that has been brought up before: you CANNOT schedule overtime over a period of time you have previously taken off. This is a HUGE issue and has been brought to their attention a few times. Example: a user takes a half day that is approved in advance. The day comes, and they get stuck for whatever reason and get forced to stay. This is obviously overtime, but the system wont let you put it in because the user was previously scheduled to be off during that time block. What I like best about TCP TimeClock Plus is how easy it is to use. The layout is simple, so I don’t have to waste time figuring out where everything is. Clocking in and out is super quick, and I can even do it from my phone if I need to. Plus, it keeps track of my hours really well, so I always know how much time I’ve worked. BILLING/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: The implementation team caused overages by adding Test employees which TCP should have removed upon completion. I was unaware of charges until billed.
