What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I like that we are able to utilize TCP TimeClock Plus for both payroll and costing. The system is easy to set-up and technical support is very accessible when needed. Working on a report and you get timed out and it does not give you the opportunity to save it so all your work that you had invested on that one report is not saved and you have to start all over again . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Schedules are easy to change, easy to put in new employees and adjust their availability. I also apprecaite the option to add customer fields where I can add in the number of hours each employee is looking for for my own scheulding records and knowledge Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The options for making shift templates and color coding positions is very nice. It's easy to check employees timeclocks, and also the messaging works well for communication. There are many different ways to run reports on employees. The phone app is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Minor things are issues- if you accept a leave request is deletes anything the employee is scheduled on. Good in theory but we make Vacation a position, so this is annoying to me. When I make any changes or add a shift it used to update right away, but now I have to constantly refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
