Was very disappointed to find out the implementation team was in Pakistan. Was hoping for an English first team and we did not have that. Sometimes we had to figure things out for ourselves or push them to help us with things like Single Sign-On. Most of Support also seems to be off-shore. Sometimes the Support was still good, but communication is always challenging when there are language barriers. Had we known these things up front we would probably have gone a different direction.
