What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I would like to see a self-help link where you type in your general question and attempt to resolve the issue before contacting support staff. Also, an orientation type handbook at the employee level - essential functions, like clocking in/out, requesting leave, viewing leave balances and at the manager level, reviewing/editing time entries, approving leave requests, time entries, and general functions for the Reviewer, similar to manager handbook. What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I love that theres options to swap shifts with peers or drop shift in an effortless way and shift schedules gets updated immediately to see changes and updates . I’m able to set my unavailability in a very flexible way with user friendly interface. I like that it sends notifications a day and an hour before my shifts starts, constant reminder helped me to be on time for work. Our least favorite part is adjusting timesheets. When there are five or six days that need adjusting, it takes a while to go in and change each one, then save. Many other applications we have used have had the entire week's timesheet on one screen, allowing multiple edits across days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Humanity is a great app to use for EVERYTHING! Our company loves it. We have multiple departments in our workplace and they're all able to schedule their employees in their department on their own time; its great! It's simple and easy to use for new employees! The time clock is very straight forward. It's a great software program. None of our employees have ever had a problem using it. Humanity is a great company to be in touch with, they offer a lot of support. I always get emails about them asking what they can do to help or change or fix about their program. When I had an issue, I could call TCP and always get the best help. Always personalized for what we needed and would walk me through the steps. They will also call and send emails to check up! In the time tracking business, this is unheard of. I came into this job with zero training, and they were right there to teach me the ins and outs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
