What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I love the ease and convenience of clocking in using my phone before my shift. I often get stopped as I walk through the door, or someone is already waiting for me in my office. Clocking in using my phone prevents me from forgetting to clock in due to distraction or inability to clock in immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The highly available support staff and easy access chat feature! I wish every business tool I use had that level of immediate support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest issue I've had has been random timezone glitches. It seems the zones on my employees apps randomly change and have caused attendance issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the app will sync with my phone's calendar so my schedules are in 1 place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The website won't remember my settings from use to use so I have to add them back in every time I log in, which sometimes is multiple times a day. The site stopped sending me notifications on my phone, even though the settings are correct. My staff struggle with hot to submit time off requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
