We interview and meet with clients constantly, and require a large amount of transcriptions and pretty rapid turnaround. Rev consistently delivers for us, and has become a go-to service. Basically, we are able to work faster and smarter as a result of using Rev. We are able to share what users have said in interviews without losing the time it takes to transcribe those interviews, allowing our teams to make decisions faster. That the transcribers do not always even read the notes that I made for the transcript (like what people's names are), and some times the inaccuracies are just gross. For example, they will write "sea sweet" instead of "c-suite executives". I always have to line edit and check every word before I can use the transcript. There should be more options for accents; British is too vague. Irish and/or Scottish should be added. In addition, let me do different star ratings for different sections of long transcriptions.
