I like how intuitive and easy to use panaya is to use. I also really like how easy it is to mass migrate tests and the responsiveness of customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

I do not like that because the platform is still in development, there are still a lot of small annoyance bugs. I also feel that the migration process is not great because there is no way to import the same folder structure from ALM using the test box. Maybe it should be less complicated when trying to find your inputs in defect tab. When I was testing and later checking resolved defects I couldnt remeber evry step of my test and it was little complipated to find my comments about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Panaya Change Intelligence has so many great upsides it with an ease of use. I used Panaya frequently during the recent launch of a project. There are so many feateures that allowed constant communication and tracking of process changes, tools that we could use for training and more. What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

As a user, the only area of improvement I could see for Panaya Change intelligence is the ability to change how often emails are generated from the system shared with Outlook work email address.
