What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

The company I worked for has 5 locations in Jamaica, 1 in Canada, 1 in Belize, 3 in the USA and 2 in the UK. Panaya made it seamless to execute over 1500 tests across all those countries and time zones. So much so, that our upgrade partners used the dashboard analytics in their reporting of test progress! What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

We had issues uploading test evidence in a few tests and when I searched the forums, it was a known issue with no resolution. We had to figure out a workaround for those types of tests. What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

The limitations around roles, example in Steps you have "Create, Edit and Delete" as 1 option instead of 3. License model of named licenses instead of concurrent will not work with a majority of the companies I have worked in the past as this would be a deal breaker. Unable to link a test step to a defect unless you have Mass Edit access, plus unable to link a defect from the Test section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
