What problems is Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Panaya allows to detail all test cases for each project phase: Unit Test, Integration Test, and, most important, User Acceptance Test. It is easy to use, supports copy paste of scenarios, supports emails to next action owner, manual or automatic screenshots, nice reporting on status! The scope to automate evidence capturing, automated test script run, the test report projections, variety of analytical reporting and graphical depictions of test cycles is just next to mind blowing.

Offers the opportunity to cover every cycle of project testing, be it system integration test, unit test, regression test or user acceptance test.

With Single Sign on feature, the ease of accessing the tool is further enhanced.

Easy integration compatibilty with multiple interfaces ensures you can use the tool with majority of on-demand and up running softwartes currently supporting business requirements in the market.

It takes a little bit of time to familiarize with the navigation with in the tool, but with dedicated training documentation provided by the tool and regular handson, one can easily familiarize himself/herself with the features of the tool and chose to best utilize the features as applicable to their business demands. The level of detailed analytical reporting being offered on the test suite helps avoid manual report generation during multiple scrum and status calls. This eases out the overall customer workload and enhances customer satisfaction.

It takes the prolonged monotony associated with manual testing, out of the equation hence allowing better professional experience.

Automated evidence capturing also saves time previosuly utilized in manual evidence document generation.

What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

I greatly like the ability to enable browser plug ins for recording of user acceptance testing. The ability to begin recording on required tests, complete steps, and export the recorded screens also simplifies the process of making SOPs/QRGs as you can re-use your testing data as training tools down the road. What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

There are quite a few instances, at least within the Oracle WMS and ERP systems, where screenrecording will not capture next steps. I am not sure if this is an issue with the launcher not recognizing the web based UI for these software, or an integration issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Panaya has centralized all of our User Acceptance Testing for a large scale, multi solution supply chain innovation project. Every facility implemented has it's own folder to test unique scenarios for their environment, and the test steps can then be extracted and utilized for training of associates post acceptance training. This has also streamlined our documentation needed for training, and created a record of all scenarios within our facility network for future projects or testing templates for other regions. The tool offers extensive options for planning and structuring the test scope. The onboarding is very easy and intuitive. The individual test phases can be accompanied and supported very systematically and almost in real-time through strong integration and extensive reporting and analysis capabilities. What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

The recording function worked well, but in a global context, it reaches its limits depending on local security settings and with large test cases. The KPI cockpits are very flexible and can be used online effectively. However, when transferring to formal reports, there are only limited options for formatting and naming the diagrams.
