What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

SAP can handle an incredible amount of different aspects if a company itself, out of all the CRMs I have worked with, SAP has proven to be the most mature of all of them, as being a customer service representative you often need access to records that other teams handle, SAP eases my access to contact records, sales proposals and quotes, account creation requests, escalations and regular CSR tickets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SAP sales gives me access to customer´s sales records and helps me handling their complaints and questions of all customers registered within the company, the integration between other associated companies that also use SAP creates a harmony on how we correlate with each other when it comes to requests such as stock checks, customer escalations, communication between external and internal teams. What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

My personal experience with SAP sales cloud is really awesome and would like to discuss it in brief, First, webpage 2 is the official SAP page for Sales Cloud. It mentions that it's an AI-driven CRM solution with features like sales automation, lead management, analytics, and mobile selling. There's also mention of generative AI capabilities for outreach and guided selling. The testimonials from verified users highlight benefits like automation, improved forecasting, and a 360-degree customer view. I should note these points.

It is a really good solution for the management of customers, and we are so happy using it.
