What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

Panaya's impact analysis for Salesforce is my main go-to tooling to help understand the dependencies of Salesforce metadata, helping to mitigate oversight of potential problems and ultimately understanding how something has been built. The AI that they're adding is really nice, helping us to understand and document legacy code and flows. The new test automation is very slick and would help us build reusable regression scripts. We've also used this several times during a salesforce critical release update, to help understand the impact and what might break.

It should also be said that Binyamin, Oz, Iris, customer support and everyone that I speak to at Panaya, is always a massive help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

It's hard to point to anything specific. Not all metadata components are supported currently for impact analysis, HOWEVER they are continuingly expanding this and do 100% take our feedback and wants into their roadmap so if you do need something supported, they would try to do it. What problems is Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping understand legacy and unknown configuration and how changing one piece of config/code might break another.

This ultimately means we can plan better, develop better and have a better idea of what needs regression testing while making a change.

We've submitted several new feture requests about user management, defect updates, impact analyses, tests and master test repository enhancements to our service rep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

(Refer to our feature requests with our service rep.) The new test column width saves time for testers. We're anticipating an admin feature to configure a default test column layout. Seen a few resolved parts for the multiple-user active in a defect "last saves wins" issue. Want to see it completely fixed though. What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

I use PANAYA to manage the testing within the business. It is a very user friendly tool which is approachable and easy to quickly grasp the basics for new users. This means that when we start new projects/cycles and need to work with new audiences, the time to train and get the users up to speed is greatly reduced. Further, in regards to being user friendly my contact within PANAYA - Sarah Deng - has been extremely supportive and enabled quick results to requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

There are reporting requirements that are not always able to be met within PANAYA, for example exporting data to email etc on a regular cycle or specific analysis of data that would be highly preferable (Predicted burndown charts). Further, having reporting that would allow for multiple projects on the same dashboards etc is unfortunately missing from PANAYA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
