Me and My Team is Using Panaya from Last couple of months to Do Automation Of SAP ERP transactions and Business Processes.

Panaya is very good tool and Easy to use and easy to learn,

we are recording the Script of SAP Transaction and business process from SAP GUI and web based fiori application as part of automation Process.

Panaya is New tool, and Panaya team is proactively Improving the Tool to co-operate with complex business Scenario.

I faced some issue while testing and recording the Script but after raising Support ticket in Troubleshooting mode, Panaya team fixed that issue in very next update of there Tool or Software.

While Panaya is fantastic, if I had to pick something, sometimes the recording feature can feel a little slow or laggy when you're creating tests. Also, while it's brilliant for big systems like SAP, it'd be even better to see more seamless integrations with a wider variety of other applications we use. Panaya takes the administrative overhead out of my day, letting me focus more on the automation itself and less on the reporting, all while ensuring my team has real-time, clear visibility into my testing efforts and any issues found.

One of the biggest problems organizations face is the high risk and effort involved in implementing changes—especially in complex systems like SAP or Oracle. Panaya addresses this by using AI-driven impact analysis to pinpoint exactly which areas are affected by a change, allowing us to focus our testing where it matters most.

This has dramatically reduced the time and cost associated with regression testing while increasing our confidence in every release. As a 12-year customer, MSA the Safety Company, is very pleased with the Panaya suite of products. We use the “Test Dynamic” tools to support our SAP landscape during the testing of large project and for upgrades and support packs. We expect Panaya to be a big help when we move to S/4 Hana and are also interested in additional Panaya products to help us further automate SAP testing. What sets them apart from many software solutions is their support after you purchase the product. As a newer user of the product at my company, I have had the pleasure of working with Deblina Saha who is our Panaya Customer Success Manager. Deblina meets with us on a regular basis to support the products we are licensed for and has been helping me personally get up to speed in my new role.
