The tool is very good and is constantly being updated to offer better features. API connectivity still has room for improvement, allowing it to extract even data from customizations. To proove the test we are doing there are two ways, either manual (which saves your time, up to 6 screenshot) or automatic (which begis like video recording but records every change in the screen with screenshots without limit) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not solving at least I've not seen any resolution from that , it's giving a structured way of representing all test scripts, all scripts includes steps inside and if one of the steps fails then you may create a defect which is addressing the test script and step along with assignable people from the list Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To run a test, you need to use 3 softwares : a browser, SAP, and the Panaya Test Player :

- Installing a software on a lot of computers managed by the company might be challenging

Very user-friendly tool. Need very little training to the users.

Easy to customize (add new fields / rule) and create new dashboard in reporting.

Even for basic questions, Panaya support center is helpful and just guide the user.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

Panaya Smart Testing is a smart tool to manage multiple defects/assignments at one go. Apart from a very clear visibility and process work flow, I like the freedom which we get in terms of adding attachments, tagging specific people and the amazing filters which makes it much easier to track specific objects.
