What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

So far in my professional career, the thing that I’ve found most interesting to try out and use hands-on myself (or as much hands-on as possible) is probably a tool called Panaya Change Intelligence. What I appreciate most is the improved development framework. Its advanced capabilities for testing and tracking dependents make it strong, compared because this is a prerequisite to keeping them out. One of the most notable features is real-time access, which provides a more dynamic way to control workflows across businesses. What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

Nevertheless, there are a few things about Panaya that could be improved. To begin with, the UI feels clunky at times, particularly when it comes to setting up elaborate product and price rules that Salesforce CPQ offers.
