But Panaya has aspects which can be irritating. The SAP integration, incidentally, has its drawbacks. Recording and scrolling through tests can sometimes be a pain. In the arena of Devops, it has been interesting working with Panaya Change Intelligence. And what I like most about it is the fact that it makes the implementation processes so much easier. With Panaya, we observed major improvements in sales forecast management. It is particularly striking in the way it deals with dependencies in our testing framework. The platform they create to moblized testers, key users, business all together with a simple / single interface to drive your differents tests cycle, from unit test, non regression, uat, dry run. including an amazing customer success team who really understand what is the value of their solution but helps you when needed to use it at 100%. User administration is a bit heavy and need a proper look to ensure you stay within the agreement.

It is not for me an automation tool, but more a facilitator but you can integrate it with automated solution like Worksoft or similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Key users mobilization across multiple locations (timezone, language...) > no waste of time between testers

Full visiliby & pre defined duration > you can clearly meaures your tests cycle and the proper progress

Impact analysis > We tested only what is really used and impacted not all the systems ! (-30% of workload)

Gamification > ability to create testers contests and hall of fame (better interest of business to engage in testing)
