Odoo brings ERP at the best price point - without compromising on features! No other ERP comes close to this level of support and user satisfaction. The bigger companies get you bogged down with years of custom development that you don't really need. Odoo cuts through to give you just what you need, and then supports you through the years with upgrades and maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The documentation is somewhat lacking, and custom development can be a tar-baby. Because of this I highly recommend using one of Odoo's partners to do an implementation, they know the ins and outs of Odoo and can help you avoid wasting time and resources, and if they are honest with you (most are) they will steer you away from unnecessary custom development, when an existing module can be made to work. Odoo is very versatile by its own. Something it doesn't have? Just build it and in the less time possible you'll be up and running.
Customers have taken all the advantage of it and also suppliers we've integrated to. All these in no time.
What makes customers choose Odoo over competitors is the features and level of integration module have between them. It's like no other ERP. Of course, the UI is one of the most appealing things it has.
Mobile in a native app makes it the solution to work wherever you are. Multiplatform, multicompany and truly multicurrency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their support tends to be too much on the tech side. However with a good partner that offers a premium service this can be handled.
On the other hand, the easy work flow it handles makes it impossible to beat when comparing with other solutions in the market and at its level.

The specialty I found interesting in ERP is the easiest access to any page without much loading time. A lot of time saved due to the view that odoo has adapted for each page. Most of the work is done through ERP and can be easily handled by any person with minimal knowledge of computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The report generation can be a bit more user-friendly especially for those who are new to the software and there are many more features that odoo can improve on the next version release.

Odoo ERP Is a fully customized ERP solution for your business. It is the best in the field in this price tag. It is an All-in-one ERP solution; it includes everything that is needed for your organization to manage all your stuff. It does not matters in which niche you are. Odoo will always be a plus point in your organization. CRM, sales, project management, or inventory management, it includes all these services. It can be used for multiple purposes. An all in one go-to application for our organization. Odoo is a very versatile tool made for all HRIS problems. It has quite an enhanced flow of work. The speed is another plus point of this tool. Even though it offers multiple options within one dashboard but it never slows down, the user interface is so simple and understandable that anyone with minimum knowledge of ERP can understand everything on the dashboard within minutes. Be weary of empty promises. Retained Odoo for an EMR buildout after we were PROMISED they could deliver on our needs. Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer. If you want to say goodbye to huge sums of money very quickly with no usable product by all means, retain Odoo. Will not refer nor will I be engaging them again in the future. Odoo ERP is modular system, easy to implement on phases. You don't have to invest alot to start, use what you need. License price is excellent for value. It allows multi company, multi currency, multi warehouse. Web application no need to install and works on mobiles. It has large community to get help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The frequent update of new versions with major technology change every year makes you feel you are outdated, while the current system is good enough. The 3rd party apps on odoo store might not fulfill the expected function and quality. The customization availability as open-source software might lead over customization leading to lots of bugs while an odoo expert can avoid the customization with built-in configurations.
