What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

Odoo is very inexpensive relative to its competitors. It is also highly customizable (in terms of templates, reports, exports, and processes). It is very easy to add custom python logic as well. What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

depend on the Odoo partnerts to get help for example in my country Mexico, Odoo partner is not good and it is taking a lot of time to implement the ERP, many of the features was make by my self taking me a lot of my time, even that I already paid for the implementation. Before sign the initial contract, they tell us the implementation would be in the following days, but after signing, this becomes 40 days to start. We couldn't accept that so we resigned to work with them.

After four months they don't refund us the money, don't reply to our emails and refuse to give us any explanation.
