What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

It provides you with customizable modules to support any kind of business needs. It boosts your sales and integrates with much different software such as Timesheets and Helpdesks, in a professional manner. It has built in website builder trait that helps in building stunning websites. Odoo helps in managing your company’s invoicing and accounting thus your finances are under the supervision and control of better ERP. It keeps record of all the details of staff. It amplifies the email marketing and enables marketing automation. It has built-in inventory management and warehouse management. What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

Despite being wonderful marketing software, there are some downsides. First of all the main problematic feature with Odoo is its lack of organization. You always need third party software to deal with Odoo. Its recent versions have some flaws that lack some of the functionalities. Also the customization is not that easy. What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

Like all businesses, we have a few unique business demands that were challenging to set up in Odoo. In the end, our Odoo Business Consultant Toshan Dubhashi was able to solve.

A concern by my company's founder is the inability to get helpdesk assistance in the US on the weekends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Odoo ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

I like a lot that is very compatible with every tipe of business and that you can adapat it to your personal interests. I also like that nby using the platform, you can get to learn and it is very intuitive for everyone to use. The platform is very user friendly and that helps a lot for users who are not that young or comfortable with technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

I dislike that sometimes it isn´t fast to implement, and I have felt that sometimes we could go a bit faster. I also dislike that we do not have a report of the hours remaining in the implementation package, which makes the process not entirely clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
