What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

They have all the tools necessary for operations, from sales, inventory, hr, helpdesk. Everything is available to help a growing business with their software needs. I like the flow of the software. It is a very simple interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

Integration could be easier. When it comes to communication within the platform, things could be improved. There is one quirk where if you are working within a support ticket and tag a coworker they will get a message that appears to be a text box. If they respond within that text box it is sent as a message to the customer who is linked to the ticket. This has caused many customers to receive a message that is not intended for them and in some cases has upset the customer.

I wish there was a better reminder/calendar system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

I love how all of the programs interact with each other. It's also easy to learn and modify if you also have the Studio app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

Parts of the Accounting app do not function the way other normal accounting programs work. Like the reconciliation functionality, and some terminology is not typical for USA accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Odoo ERP:

This is well priced. It does take a lot of upfront implementation, testing, tweaking, etc. But once it's up and running, it is GREAT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Odoo ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have 4 different programs which didn't "talk" to each other which resulted in lots of duplicated data entry, errors and wasted time. So this has been awesome in saving time, reducing possible errors by having to re-enter data in multiple places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

it is a big open source app which makes our business and other software complex ed works so easy in less time,it even had a lot of apps in free version.it is very useful as we can create additional modules,it gives up to 100 apps in the free version but in trail version we got a lot.now else i'm easily doing my own modules,which gave me a lot of opportunities. What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

might be needed some necessary changes in e commerce management tools, as of it has many app all need the most complex ed computer knowledge so that very one cant use the app.must include more useful apps in the trail version as the full version is not on reasonable price Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Odoo ERP:

i surely recommend it as it has a lot of apps which are needed in the computer world which can be solved so easily in a best way but trail version is useful ,but if we use the full version we get a lot of benefits.i also recommended it to my friends and office colleagues so they also started to work through this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

For my purposes I'm able to execute tasks and keep files very organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

The cloud version is pretty inflexible in terms of connecting with mainstream programs (i.e Quickbooks, Shopify, etc)

Without proper training our account was set up on a wing and a prayer and once you start things in a haphazard way you have to create more haphazard rules to continue.

What problems is Odoo ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Order placement

2. invoicing

3. Reporting

The benefits are that (1) our inventory and orders are easy to locate. The invoicing feature can be difficult in terms of reversing errors. Reporting is good but only because we've gone through the expense of hiring a third party firm to spearhead for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
