What do you like best about Gist?

What do you like best about Gist?

With some tools, you get a small piece of a tool to help you with your marketing campaigns. With Gist, you get the overall suite of tools from Marketing Automation to tagging user on your website to Chat feature and even knowledge base - it is a truly All-In-One Marketing Automation Tool for people in all stages of your marketing funnel.

The team is coming up with lots of amazing improvement, it sometimes get difficult to track and implement all the features. What do you like best about Gist?

Since we made the switch from Convertkit to Gist we got several messages from leads and customers who where amazed by the personalized and well timed communication they received from us. All automated without a single line of code. We are more relevant than ever for our leads, and sales have increased significantly. Really happy with this solution, and the great team behind it. What do you like best about Gist?

I really like that I can do everything within the same tool. It keeps me productive and i keep on discovering new possibilties with Gist everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gist?

My customers local language is Swedish, and i feel that the quality of the translation could be a bit higher. Gist are really responsive in rectifying spelling error which i discover, but still, it should have been translated trough a professional translation service. What do you like best about Gist?

Loving the integration in one place. Normally I will need to use other third party tools to integrate the communication and data from chat bot to live chat to email marketing and sales automation. Now.. I only use Gist. I have been using Gist for a few years( ex Convertfox) for one of my main sites, and i am still a very happy user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gist?

We use the chat feature the most it has increased our engagement and retention by allowing us to respond to website visitors in realtime or within the next day. The chat rules create an engaging prompt for visitors. We are also building out a Knowledgebase with Gist and will be using them for our drip campaigns in the near future. What do you dislike about Gist?

Some of the customizations could be improved. Although colours are customizable it would be nice to have greater control over Email layouts and pop-up layouts. That being said Gist has improved immensely since we started using them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think Gist has grown beyond what we originally hoped to use it for. We are extremely pleased to be using it extensively. Any concerns we've had using the software, like a few challenges setting up the knowledge base, were immediately dealt with and fixes were implemented within hours. We are using Gist for customer engagement and tracking on the Website. We also use them for our knowledge base and we are starting to move our mail campaigns to them. What do you like best about Gist?

1. LiveChat is great, it even supports many languages, which is very handy if you're website visitors are not native english speakers.

2. The CRM module offers basic information about your visitors, which helps in crafting your audience segmentation.

3. It has integrated email campaigns. This wasn't extensively tested by us, but it'll be perfect for mid-sized audience with just a few thousand subscribers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gist?

1. Email editor could use some improvements.

What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main use of Gist is for customer support via the Live Chat functionality on our corporate website. This was the strongest selling point when they released the service and still is the main reason we use it. It also functions as a lightweight CRM and has many lead generation tools. What do you like best about Gist?
