Email deliverability is iffy at best. While they have improved, some of my support emails to customers go into their spam box. They don't receive it and assume I never responded. Gist offers many options that allow us to talk to the phone, record the use on our page, register, attach tags and other details on the page and so much more. Besides, it counts with many options for email marketing and templates where we can grab paths and activate email series. The message and communication rules that alert our team about Gist App to consumer engagement are incredibly easy and fast. Also, chat updates are on the menu and things get even easier from a live view. It is a useful database schema but a bit of a learning process, and luckily support is excellent and helpful, although this is perhaps something regular for every new member. I'm actually shocked at how similar this is to the competition but at a much much lower price. You don't understand how awesome the product is unless you come from something else that is almost identical. In this case, an exact replica with almost all of the same features but with a much lower pricing hassle is a huge win here.

UI is intuitive, easy to learn. Integrating with the website takes less than a minute. Affordable pricing and excellent support. Pop-ups are not blocking the performance. I wish to switch between the accounts was easier. A newbie might easily get confused when they try to switch between the accounts. I know they are making it better with each day but this should have a prime focus.
