What do you like best about Gist?

Gist can easily replace a system like Active Campaign. I love that it comes with a knowledgebase, support ticket center, live view, and a ton of other stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gist?

Email deliverability is iffy at best. While they have improved, some of my support emails to customers go into their spam box. They don't receive it and assume I never responded. Email templates are also lackluster, and you can't yet customize the colored bar. No shopify app to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gist?

Gist offers many options that allow us to talk to the phone, record the use on our page, register, attach tags and other details on the page and so much more. Besides, it counts with many options for email marketing and templates where we can grab paths and activate email series. Also, by downloading the app on all our sites and sitemaps, it allows us to talk, so it can even be used for customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gist?

The Gist is working very well, but the GUI could work better. Also, I would like to see further models for the message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gist is perfect for writing on your blog and could be quite enough for individual sales on-line as a base of knowledge. When you operate a WP platform, the implementation is simpler and its functionality makes it possible for someone to delegate consumer participation all day long. I honestly believe it is a no brainer to start-ups and small enterprises with an internet presence, particularly for WordPress. Gist is used in all the departments of my company to connect on a single platform to communicate visitors and staff. We have been able to personalize the chat interface for the naming of my page and the interaction is very smooth. It is a strong tool to improve customer relationships and increase sales. What do you like best about Gist?

The message and communication rules that alert our team about Gist App to consumer engagement are incredibly easy and fast. Also, chat updates are on the menu and things get even easier from a live view. Gist is a tool that must have any serious holder, as you're able to personalized meeting connections and to make the schedule more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gist?

It is a useful database schema but a bit of a learning process, and luckily support is excellent and helpful, although this is perhaps something regular for every new member. Also, the price for every month it can be a bit expensive. I would like to see fast tip clips in the report to help you get a new project underway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gist is a tool well suited for a small company that considers it's important to have technology that functions well. We rely so much on live chat functionality that without it will be impossible to operate for us. Gist is used for chat support, email marketing, integration of marketing services and for every needs our customers may have. What do you like best about Gist?

I'm actually shocked at how similar this is to the competition but at a much much lower price. You don't understand how awesome the product is unless you come from something else that is almost identical. In this case, an exact replica with almost all of the same features but with a much lower pricing hassle is a huge win here.

I wish I found this sooner. It literally does all the Marketing, Sales, Support aspects that the other service provides but at ONE price. Its incredible how similar they are too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish their live chat support worked during US hours. I often have to wait until the next day to get the appropriate response or get the fixes I need; however, I'm ok with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gist?

UI is intuitive, easy to learn. Integrating with the website takes less than a minute. Affordable pricing and excellent support. Pop-ups are not blocking the performance. What do you like best about Gist?

I love the easy to use layout and the ease of setup. Be it marketing, sales or support, Gist helps you in all of the aspects of your business and your website.

Features like email marketing, events tracking and marketing automation are really useful in automating most of the tasks on your website and focus on what is important, i.e. Growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gist?

I wish to switch between the accounts was easier. A newbie might easily get confused when they try to switch between the accounts. I know they are making it better with each day but this should have a prime focus.

Also, user profiles can be made more stable and easy to use. I say get more ideas from Intercom and implement them in your product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
